About Influence Branding and Marketing

Influence Branding and Marketing has a long history of serving churches, ministries, charities, other non-profits, and business around the globe. Our heart is to serve growing organizations while keeping costs low and quality at the highest standards possible.

Influence Branding and Marketing began as an idea in 2013, while founder, D'Andre P. Mayberry, was working as the Director of Media & Communications for New Life Presbyterian Church in College Park, Georgia. John Maxwell said it best, "Leadership is influence. If you don't have influence you will never be able to lead others." The way you influence others will determine the types of relationships you will build, how you connect with persons around you, and will ultimately impact the platform you use to create the change you won't to see in the world. Influence Branding and Marketing is here to help you expand that influence to increase the quality of life around you. Whether you are a religious leader, a small business owner, politician, author, or CEO of a for-profit, non-profit or charitable foundation we are here to walk alongside and help others discover who you are and what you are about through the services offered. Simply put we don't just want your money we want a relationship with our clients that will help us create materials, resources, websites, etc., that in turn help you connect with in a greater way without adding any extra burdens to you (our clients). Our Founder

D'Andre P. Mayberry sensed that God was calling him to ordained ministry at the tender age of twelve. Since that time, he has functioned as the youth minister of Word of God Ministries (Greenville, MS), Youth Ministry Intern/Chaplain of Montreat Conference Center, (Montreat, NC), and Chaplain of Atlanta Harm Reduction Center, (Atlanta, GA).

In 2010 he received a B.A. in Leadership & Administration from Beulah Heights University and is completing a M.Div. degree with a concentration in Pastoral Care & Counseling at Johnson C. Smith Theological Seminary, (Interdenominational Theological Center).

For the 2012-2013 academic school year he served as Moderator/President of JCSTS's Student Fellowship and was recently awarded "The James H. Costen Leadership Award".

However, D'Andre is more than just a leader in his community. For more than a decade he has worked with businesses and christian communities alike developing and producing media. From large to small congregations, seminaries and non-profits, he's helped organizations and leaders in the world use the media to tell their story in a changing, disrupted culture.

His works include, "Why Black Men Don't Attend Church" and "We are HIV/AIDS: Women and Men in the Church & Academy Responding to HIV/AIDS in Faith Communities." In a concerted effort to assist the Presbyterian Church in its mission to grow Christ's Church deep and wide, he regularly hosts faith-based forums centered on sex and sexuality, and their implications on the church and society entitled "Is Your Theology Killing Me".

More than just a leader with a compassionate heart, he is a person with the skill set and training to help you navigate the rugged terrains of media with influence that carries.

In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing, traveling, listening to music, and attending the theater. He currently works on staff at New Life, teaches ESL at Georgia Piedmont Technical College, recently provided pastoral care at St. Luke's Training and Counseling Center and currently serves as the CEO, Founder and Creative Director of Influence Branding and Marketing.

Client Message Center

Obtaining support by using the Message Center is the fastest, most predictable way to obtain support throughout the day. Your message is sent DIRECTLY to our support staff and answered in the order that they are received. Support by this method is 100% free and included with all paid services. You can also use the Message Center to send project and billing correspondence as well.

About the Support Center

Our Support Center contains written tutorials, documentation, and step-by-step guides for using our platform and its applications. You can launch the Support Center by signing into your account and launching it from your Dashboard. You can search for what you are looking for by simply typing in keywords and pressing ENTER on your keyboard.

About Video Tutorials

All applications on our platform contain video tutorials within the applications themselves. Look for a circle with a question mark at the top right of any of our applications. Clicking on this icon will launch the tutorial for whichever screen you are in. You can also access all of our video tutorials from inside of the Support Center.

Phone Support

We provide complimentary phone support for all paid services from 9am to 5pm EST. When calling, please be ready to describe the exact issue, problem, or question you have in order for our support representative to have the best chances of assisting you. If you are receiving an error on your screen, the representative will need the exact error message you are receiving. Please remember to be courteous and patient as we work hard to find the best solutions and answers for you.

Report Outages

If you are experiencing a service outage, or have an issue that is truly time sensitive, you can contact our support response team 24/7 via e-mail. Please note that issues that are non-outages will be evaluated for urgency, and may not be responded to until the next business day if found to be non-urgent in nature.

Request Live Training

We provide scheduled live training sessions for one or more users for $75 per one-hour session. We also provide brand new administrators taking over administration of an organization's website with one complimentary hour of training. In order to schedule your live training session, you must sign into your Dashboard, go to the Support Center, and order it from there.
